Event and Ticket Policy
Our Event Policy for all CHICAGO TASTING CLUBS:
Must be 21 or older to attend our tasting events.
Any media attendance will need to register prior to the event and will not be honored / granted access on the night of the tasting event.
*Ticket holder, please always bring your confirmation print-out when checking-in at our will-call location on the event date. We do not provide a hard ticket so your confirmation will be your physical ticket.
We will need to verify your purchase(s) with the print-out to avoid any possible problems, etc. when in questioned. Without your print-out confirmation you could be denied entry or charged (cash fee) again to gain entry. The door staff has final say on entry and fee associated with entry to an event.
All Sales are final and not transferable to future events. No refunds. No exchanges. You can sell your ticket if you cannot attend an event but you do need to provide us notice of your replacement attendee since we manage a will-call entry. You are responsible for all sales you conduct regarding your tciket(s). We cannot sell your ticket for you nor can we assist you in getting a replacement for your ticket. You cannot sell extra tickets at the event. Anyone selling a ticket(s) on the night of the event will need to be 500 feet from the event check-in / door.
Event attendee when purchasing a ticket through Tix, Door Sale or Resale immediately assumes any and all risks and danger incidental to the event for which they are attending, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Event attendee voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants, participating clubs, Windy City Productions, Tom Zullo, and any all respective agents, officers, directors, clubs, owners, partners and designated staff / employee's are expressly released by the event attendee from any claims arising from such causes.
Management / designated staff / Tom Zullo, reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the event purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or who fails to comply with any rules, instructions, event parameters, known or unknown to the attendee.
No refunds. No exchanges. At anytime, event time, date, length of event, cost of event, number of wines, wine quantities, number of beers, amount of appetizers, event location, Tasting Diary content subject to change without notice.
